KOHERU is an immersive audio-visual experience, dedicated to our oceans. The performance translates the underwater world into a mesmerising 360 cinematic display of light and sound. The audience is invited to dive in, travelling along with the performers as they navigate through underwater landscapes. Large waves of ambient soundscapes and organic visuals interact, as improvisation takes on new forms in the quadraphonic audio and circular projection space. KOHERU aims to bring to light unknown beauty and give reason to protect the oceans. Ticket sales are partially donated to ocean NGO’s.
